I Spy: Metallic Pink

I was going through Tommy Ton's "Street Fighting Man" pictures on Style.com with the intent of finding pictures for a Gingham print post to some how mix in this post. however, I ended up falling in love with this woman's Burberry [Spring Summer RTW 2013] metallic pink trench coat while she was out enjoying Paris Couture Week. Perhaps it's because of my recent love of 80s styled Carrie Diaries show and girly obsession of all things pink. So I'll just leave my checkered post for tomorrow.

In addition, to the iridescent hologram Ray Ban sunglasses and chic envelope clutches - metallics are another lustrous upgrade to your classic daily look. I for one, have a very simple pair of silver pointy slingbacks that gloss up my formal LBD interview looks or casual Sunday boyfriend jean looks. So don't be afraid to add these futuristic eye-catching items to your wardrobe!

Trending Now: Neon Yellow

We all knew this summer was going to be the brightest summer ever! Thanks to Prada, Jil Sander, Marni and Miu Miu. Jane from Sea of Shoes has done her part by obsessing over Miu Miu's S/S 2011 shoe collection and slowly acquiring each pair. However, unlike WWW Neon special - I am only focusing on Neon Yellow. I bought my neon top last year at H&M and paired it with basic black shorts, Tamu Mcpherson of All the Pretty Birds and Online editor of Grazie Italia strutted her neon yellow Miu Miu dress during F/W Fashion Week and muted the look down with a camel colored coat, and Fergie recently wore this oversized jacket while in Paris (designer unknown). The women's shoes displayed are Miu Miu (sandals) and Marni (polka dot flats) - and the men's shoes were photographed by Tommy Ton during his recent men's trip to Italy. Try the look! Be Bold, Be Bright! Try it with white, black, camel, or fuschia pink ;)
